Immerse yourself in a foreign culture. Beyond potentially learning a new language, you'll push yourself to discover new strengths and abilities, make new international friends, and develop a better understanding of the world. Previous tours have included trips to China, Egypt, England, France, Ireland, Italy, and Spain.
Community and family members are welcome to participate in Edison State Study Abroad experiences.
Edison State Study Abroad is open to students for college credit (See options below).
Student loan/grant monies may be applied to tuition and fees.
Travelers not enrolled in a credit course must register for a Business and Industry Workshop (See options below).
All travelers will be expected to cover their own liability and personal insurance.
All travelers are encouraged to attend 3 pre-trip seminars and one post-trip seminar.
Past tours have included children as young as nine and adults as old as eighty. We are able to arrange for departures from other cities and/or states so that your family members, friends or students can join us at our destination. If you would like to extend your Study Abroad trip, please indicate the number of days and departure city when making your deposit.
IMPORTANT: Our study abroad tours require a fair amount of walking. Travelers should be able to walk at a brisk pace for at least two miles and be able to climb flights of stairs easily.
