Accreditation and Quality Initiatives  Edison State Community College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. We maintain our accredited status by demonstrating how we meet the accreditation standards and expectations of the Commission's Guiding Values, Assumed Practices, Criteria for Accreditation and Obligations of Affiliation.

Assessment of Student Learning  Edison State Community College is committed to providing quality education and services to students. In this effort to promote quality, Edison State has implemented assessment procedures to support the ongoing and ever-evolving assessment of general education and career programs. 

Institutional Research  The Office of Institutional Research provides data and information in support of administrative decision-making and advancement of the College's mission. 

Strategic Planning  Edison State Community College has worked diligently to position itself into a data-informed, decision-making environment that will support new improvement initiatives. Our organizational Strategy Map posts many college-wide projects and the supporting Action Plans display divisional and departmental activities that all align with our Key Results and ultimately our mission, vision and values.
